Every protected laptop carries a Smart Protection sticker with its own ID and QR code. Point any phone camera at it — no app, no login — and the warranty is right there.

- Scan to verify: device details, start date, and exactly how many days of cover are left.
- Tamper-evident — placed under a screw, it shows if the laptop was opened without authorisation.
- Selling the laptop on? The next owner can check its cover in seconds.
Which devices qualify
All used and refurbished laptops sold by Bechakeena and imported from Dubai are eligible for Smart Protection.
Already own a Bechakeena laptop? Add coverage retroactively — as long as the device passes the online QC check within the activation window.

A quality check before coverage
Before a subscription unlocks, the laptop must pass a mandatory online QC check run remotely by the Bechakeena QC team — protecting you and us from pre-existing damage claims.

You’ll be told exactly what failed. A re-check can be requested after a minimum of 7 days to allow time to resolve the issue. After 2 failed attempts, the device is marked ineligible.
From registration to active coverage
After passing QC, one physical step brings Smart Protection live — your sticker goes on, by post or at a walk-in centre.
Add your laptop in the app with model, serial, purchase date, and 3 photos (front, back, serial sticker).
Remote diagnostic session with a QC agent. All 7 checks must pass; the result is recorded in the system.

Complete one physical verification step — pick whichever is easier for you:
We ship your Smart Protection sticker. Place it under a screw, upload a clear photo, and the QC team verifies placement within 24 hours.
Visit your nearest Bechakeena warranty centre. The team applies your Smart Protection sticker, photographs it, and logs the device on the spot.
Once verified, Smart Protection goes live and a scan of the sticker shows it. A digital certificate is generated in-app and 1 service claim is unlocked for the 12-month period.
If the sticker is found tampered with or missing at the time of a service claim, the claim is automatically void. This is stated clearly in the warranty terms you agree to at subscription time.
We check in every month
Once Smart Protection is active, a monthly push notification keeps a feedback loop open so issues are caught proactively.
- Day 1 of each month: “Is everything working fine?”
- Tap No issue — the month is logged as Healthy, nothing more needed.
- Tap I have an issue — describe it and, if a claim is available, see your nearest authorised centre with a ticket created automatically.
Sent once a month on the same day, based on your activation date. No response within 5 days triggers a single reminder.
1 free service claim per year
Every Smart Protection plan includes one free service claim per 12-month period — start it from the monthly health check, or any time from ‘Raise a Claim’ in the app.
Raise it from the monthly notification or directly through the app.
The system checks the warranty is active, the claim is unused, and the issue is within your plan’s coverage.
Describe the problem and upload a photo if applicable.
You’re matched to the nearest authorised service centre.
The technician scans and inspects your Smart Protection sticker before any repair begins.
Repair completed, sticker re-applied if disturbed, post-service photo uploaded, and the claim marked Used.
1 claim per 12-month period (non-rolling, does not carry to renewal) • void if the sticker is tampered with or missing • covers only components in your subscribed plan • physical and liquid damage are not covered unless explicitly stated.
